Wings of Change, the flagship workshop of the ATLAS Cluster, will showcase the latest breakthroughs shaping the future of sustainable aerospace composites. It offers a unique opportunity to explore the latest advances of innovation in aerospace. Enriched by external keynote speakers bringing a broader industry-wide perspective on the sector’s transformation, the workshop reflects the breadth and depth of European aerospace innovation today. On 17 September 2026, HyperMorpH will join its four sister projects at the Aragon Institute of Technology (ITA) in Zaragoza, with the possibility to participate online.
Behind Wings of Change stand five Horizon Europe projects: CompSTLar, TOSCA, PLEIADES, pAIramid and HyperMorpH. Each addresses a distinct piece of the sustainable aerostructures puzzle: from novel recyclable materials and automated manufacturing to digital twins, artificial intelligence, virtual certification and next-generation aircraft concepts. Wings of Change is the first joint event where all five share the stage, showing how their complementary work is jointly shaping the future of European aerospace.
Over one full day, Zaragoza becomes the meeting point of European sustainable aerospace. Researchers, engineers, industry actors, policymakers and Horizon Europe project teams will share a programme of expert presentations, panel discussions and open networking. The day will offer space to exchange ideas, uncover opportunities for cross-project collaboration and shape the research and innovation priorities that will guide the aviation of tomorrow.
HyperMorpH at Wings of Change
As one of the five ATLAS Cluster projects, HyperMorpH will co-lead the closing Session 4 – Landing Innovations: Scaling Impact Across Europe together with CompSTLar. This session will chart a shared roadmap for future aerospace innovation. Moreover, it will reflect on how the complementary work of the cluster can be integrated into the aircraft of tomorrow.
